DreaIrene Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with DreaIrene. We strive to provide you with high-quality products and exceptional customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we have outlined our return policy to ensure a smooth and transparent process.
Eligibility for Returns:
DreaIrene will accept returns of unworn clothing items with original tags and clear garment packaging, including the SKU label. We do not accept exchanges of any kind.
Items not Eligible for Return:
- Swimwear
- Bodysuits
- Jewelry
- Face Masks
- Hair Accessories
Initiating a Return:
- Items must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the return request submission to qualify for a full refund.
- Return requests must be initiated within 14 days of receiving all items in the order. The return window starts on the day tracking shows "delivered" status.
- For split package orders, the return window starts from the time of the final package delivery date and time.
- Refunds will be charged back to the original form of payment used for purchase, minus the original shipping fee.
- You must initiate returns by emailing Irene@dreairene.com.
Restocking Fee and Return Rejection:
- Orders returned without meeting the above criteria are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- DreaIrene reserves the right to decline the entire return if the items do not comply with the specified conditions.
Shipping and Handling:
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
Processing Time:
- Please allow DreaIrene 5 - 7 business days from the day we receive the returned package to process the return.
- We will send you an email confirmation once the return has been processed, detailing the actions taken.
